This is an ideal event for those new to multi-skills competition, as well as more experienced triathletes who want to test themselves against a competitive field on a fast and flat course.

The Sprint race will take part in a pool-based 400m swim in the attractive school 18m open-air lido. This will be followed by a 22km bike ride on mostly country lanes through the attractive rolling countryside around Berkeley, featuring two laps of the UC184 time
trial circuit (see link to route below). The 5km run to finish is on a fast course on quiet roads starting and finishing in Berkeley (see link to route below).

If you choose to enter the Super Sprint event, you will tackle a 200m swim in the lido, followed by one lap of the UC184 circuit (12Km) and then an out-and-back 2.5Km through Berkeley.

New for this year, we are also offering a junior triathlon for those aged 15-19. This will feature a 200m pool swim, followed by a 2.5km run along the road from Berkeley to Hamfields, where the race will finish with a 6.5km bike road on closed roads.

The event will benefit from a professional timing system and all
competitors will receive their own commemorative medal.

Book early to be sure of a place at this friendly and inclusive event with great atmosphere and support.
