Our programme
We offer a varied and inclusive programme of activities for all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Whether you are new to triathlon and thinking of having a go at your first event, or a seasoned athlete wanting to work towards representing GB in your age group, we can help. We have a team of British Triathlon qualified coaches providing training and support on swimming technique and bike skills/ fitness. Activities include sessions such as pool swim coaching, virtual group bike rides, spin sessions, open water swimming, bike time trials and multi-sports sessions. Your membership also gives you access to the running support and training available to the club as a whole.
Dare 2 Tri
We offer a dedicated support programme introducing those new to triathlon an opportunity to work together with others to prepare for a Spring/ Summer triathlon.
No prior experience necessary.

Our Community
As well as supporting athlete development, we provide a community where people from all walks of life can enjoy their shared interest of multi sport. We organise regular social runs, social rides and social events such as family barbecues, trips and excursions, discos and dinners. You will find like-minded people who are keen to keen to pursue active and more healthy lifestyles in a supportive and inclusive environment.
